Teresa Bell is an experienced HR executive with over 20 years experience. She is currently a Corporate Strategic HR Leader at Cox Automotive, an Atlanta-based multibillion-dollar global enterprise.

Teresa joined Cox Automotive in 2017 as Senior Director of Human Resources. Prior to Cox, she held senior HR roles with Fortune 500 companies across diverse industries such as global mass media & telecom (COMCAST), international human capital management (ADP), and energy (CenterPoint Energy, formerly Vectren).

​

Teresa has been on the frontlines leading teams of HRBPs that partner with business leaders through large scale organizational change such as business transformation, M&A integration work, complex organizational restructuring & realignments across the matrix. Her strength is providing strategic guidance on human capital strategies that build high performing teams through fair & consistent employment practices, effective retention and engagement strategies, and building leadership capabilities.

Teresa holds a bachelor's degree from Indiana University School of Business and an MBA from Georgia State University.

In her personal time, Teresa is a former Children's Ministry leader, enjoys fun with friend's and family, sharing good food, walks outdoors, romantic comedies, music and the arts, and investing in her physical and mental well-being.
